The short version

Serious experience.
Easy hospitality.

Mark Esposito began cooking professionally in 2008 after finding his place in the family kitchen and attending culinary school.

He went on to serve as a chef and sous-chef in Michelin-starred restaurants in Chicago and New York, working with Stephanie Izard, Eric Greenspan, and April Bloomfield.

Mentorship from Evan Funke and Marc Vetri deepened his handmade-pasta craft. In 2021, Mark and The Lime Truck won Food Network’s The Great Food Truck Race: All-Stars. Pasta Mark brings all of that experience directly to your table.
